Vintage Japanese Basket – Bamboo & Antique Paper Basket

Description This unique and interesting item is an old Japanese strainer covered with layers of antique paper decorated with calligraphy. The strainers is made of bamboo and the antique paper was added as a decorative accent. The strainer may be less than 20 years old though the paper likely dates from the early 20th century. The entire basket is in good condition and would make an excellent display piece.
